๐ŸŽฏ Objective: Crunch all numbers in the grid!

Your goal is to eliminate every number from the number grid by using mathematical operations with your dice rolls. The game ends when all numbers are crunched!

You start by rolling dice. In Easy Mode, you roll two dice:

๐ŸŽฎ Game Buttons:

Roll Dice - Click this to roll your dice and start your turn.

Crunch! - After selecting numbers from the grid, click this to crunch them using your dice values.

Pass! - If you can't crunch any numbers, click this to skip your turn and roll again. โš ๏ธ Warning: If there was a valid move you could have made, you'll receive a +1 roll penalty! The game will show you what you could have done, and your roll count will increase by 1 extra roll.

I Quit - Give up and end the game. You can still share your progress!

- Share your results with friends when you complete the game or quit.

โฑ๏ธ Timer Feature: Before your first roll, you can click โฑ๏ธ Timer! to enable timing mode. Once enabled, a timer will track how long you take to complete the game. The timer can only be stopped by finishing the game (solving all numbers or quitting). Your average time for timed games is tracked separately for Easy and Hard modes, and will be included in your share message!

๐ŸŽฏ Compete with Friends: Everyone who plays on the same day gets the same dice rolls! This means you can compete fairly with your friends to see who can complete the game in the fewest rolls.

How to Play:

  1. Choose your mode: Easy Mode (2 dice, numbers 0-12) or Hard Mode (3 dice, numbers 0-23)
  2. Tap Roll Dice to roll the dice
  3. After rolling, select numbers from the grid and tap Crunch! to crunch them
  4. Easy Mode: You can crunch numbers using:
    • Sum: The sum of both dice (e.g., 4 + 5 = 9)
    • Difference: The absolute difference (e.g., |4 - 5| = 1)
    • Product: The product of both dice (e.g., 2 ร— 5 = 10)
    • Division: The larger die divided by the smaller die (e.g., 6 รท 3 = 2, or 5 รท 5 = 1, but only if it results in a whole number)
    • Both Dice: Select both individual dice values
  5. Hard Mode: You must use all three dice. You can either select all three individual dice values, or use any combination of +, -, ร—, รท operations to achieve a number (e.g., with dice 3, 4, 6: 3ร—4-6=6, 4-3+6=7, 6รท3+4=6, etc.)
  6. If no valid moves are available, tap "Pass!" to roll again. Important: If you pass when there was a valid move available, you'll receive a +1 roll penalty! The game will tell you what you could have done, and your roll count will increase by 1 extra roll. Good passes (when no valid moves exist) don't incur any penalty.
  7. Try to complete the game in as few rolls as possible!

Let's say you roll 4 and 5:

You can crunch numbers using:

  • Sum: 4 + 5 = 9 - Select 9 and click Crunch!
  • Difference: |4 - 5| = 1 - Select 1 and click Crunch!
  • Product: 4 ร— 5 = 20 - But wait! 20 is not in Easy Mode (only 0-12), so this won't work
  • Both Dice: Select both 4 and 5 individually, then click Crunch!

After crunching, the dice automatically roll again for your next turn!

Now you roll 3 and 6:

You can crunch numbers using:

  • Sum: 3 + 6 = 9 - Select 9 (if not already crunched) and click Crunch!
  • Difference: |3 - 6| = 3 - Select 3 and click Crunch!
  • Product: 3 ร— 6 = 18 - Not available in Easy Mode (only 0-12)
  • Division: 6 รท 3 = 2 - Select 2 and click Crunch!
  • Both Dice: Select both 3 and 6 individually, then click Crunch!

Remember: You can select multiple numbers at once if they're all valid (like selecting both dice values together)!

Tips:

  • Plan ahead - think about which numbers you can crunch with each roll
  • Use doubles (same number on both dice) to crunch 0
  • Be careful when passing - make sure there really are no valid moves, or you'll get a roll penalty!
  • Track your statistics to see your progress, including your good vs bad passes!
  • Enable the timer to challenge yourself and track your speed!
